David J. Koo

Mr. Koo is a Senior Partner of RoundTable and is involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, financing, and execution.  Mr. Koo serves on the board of directors of Avalign, Vesta, CorePharma, Aqua Pharmaceuticals and Renaissance Pharma.  He previously served on the boards of MedAssist and Bioniche Pharma.  Mr. Koo joined RoundTable at its inception as a Principal.
