Mr. Pierce joined RoundTable in July 2006 and was formerly a financial analyst in UBS Investment Bank’s Global Industrials Group and Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. His transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and restructuring. In 2001, Mr. Pierce received his B.B.A. in Finance with concentration in Accounting and International Business from the University of Notre Dame.
