Jack L. McGinley 

Founding & Operating Partner

Mr. McGinley is a Founding Partner and serves as an Operating Partner of RoundTable.  He currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of CorePharma and Bioniche Pharma and the Senior Chairman of the Board of Excelsior.  He served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Sabex prior to its sale.    In addition to his operating responsibilities, Mr. McGinley has an important role in RoundTable’s transaction process, including evaluating potential portfolio companies.  Mr. McGinley has been in the healthcare industry for more than 35 years.
