Founding Partner/Operating Partner

Mr. Damico is a Founding Partner and serves as an Operating Partner of RoundTable. He is the non-executive Chairman of ACI Medical Devices, Ascent Healthcare Solutions, Aspen Surgical, Avalign Technologies, and Vesta, and serves on the boards of other RoundTable portfolio companies. Mr. Damico plays an integral part in RoundTable’s transaction process, including evaluating potential portfolio companies in the medical device industry. Mr. Damico, whose career spans more than 30 years, has extensive strategic, operational and senior management experience leading multi-billion-dollar diversified healthcare companies.
