Joseph F. Damico

Founding Partner & Co-Chairman

Mr. Damico is a Founding Partner and serves as Co-Chairman of RoundTable.  Together with Mr. Knight, he is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and management of the Firm.  He also currently serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Argon, ACI Medical, Avalign, Aspen, and Vesta.  Prior to their successful sales, Mr. Damico served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board for Ascent, AMIH, and MedAssist.  In addition to his operating responsibilities, Mr. Damico is an integral part of RoundTable’s transaction process, including evaluating potential portfolio companies.  Mr. Damico, whose career spans more than 30 years, has extensive strategic, operational and senior management experience leading multi-billion dollar, diversified healthcare companies.
