Lester B. Knight

Founding Partner & Co-Chairman

Mr. Knight is a Founding Partner and serves as Co-Chairman of RoundTable.  Together with Mr. Damico, he is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and management of the Firm. He works closely with the operating and transaction teams in selecting and monitoring the Firm’s investments.  He also currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board for Salter Labs.  Mr. Knight, with over 30 years in the healthcare industry, has extensive strategic, operational and senior management experience including serving as Vice Chairman of Cardinal Health and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allegiance.  Mr. Knight currently serves on the board of directors of AdvaMed (the Advanced Medical Technology Association) which is the trade organization representing medical device and diagnostic product manufacturers.  Mr. Knight was elected non-executive Chairman of the Board of Aon Corporation in 2008 having served on the board since 1997.
