Robert B. DeBaun

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. DeBaun is Senior Vice President, Human Resources of RoundTable and joined the Firm in December 2002. Mr. DeBaun works closely with the operating partners of RoundTable and the senior management teams of the portfolio companies in the prioritization, development and implementation of human resource initiatives that support each company’s operating and strategic plans. Mr. DeBaun has more than 25 years of healthcare industry operating experience. Most recently, Mr. DeBaun was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Medical Products and Services group of Cardinal Health. Previously he served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Allegiance Healthcare.
