ACI Medical Devices is comprised of two operating divisions — Argon Medical Devices and Clinical Innovations.
Founded in 1972, Argon is a leading manufacturer and supplier of single-use vascular access and patient monitoring medical devices. Argon’s products are used in the cardiology, radiology, and critical care units of hospitals both in the United States and international markets.
Argon acquired Clinical Innovations in April 2005 and changed the combined company’s name to ACI Medical Devices. Clinical Innovations is a manufacturer and supplier of products used primarily in women’s and infants' health. Since its founding in 1993, CI has developed state-of-the-art devices for use in labor and delivery, gastroenterology, and urology.
