Bernadette Legarreta
Senior Vice President, Finance
Ms. Legarreta is Senior Vice President of Finance for RoundTable and joined the Firm in April 2024. She works closely with the RoundTable team and the portfolio companies’ senior management teams to provide oversight and guidance on all accounting and financial related matters. Ms. Legarreta has over 30 years of accounting experience working for both publicly held and privately held companies, predominantly in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Legarreta served as Chief Financial Officer for several privately held companies including PCL, MRP Solutions, Medbio, and TCGRx. Ms. Legarreta was also the Corporate Controller and Interim Chief Financial Officer of BVI, which was a RoundTable portfolio company. She also held various financial management positions at Cardinal Health, Allegiance and Baxter.
